These terms govern use of RidgeView Landscaping & Design's website and customer messaging program. Our landscaping and construction services serve Austin and Central Texas.
Website use
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with website operations, misuse the chat widget, impersonate others, or submit harmful content. Website content provides general service information and does not itself create a project agreement.
Landscaping and construction services
RidgeView offers outdoor living, landscape design and construction, custom stonework, walkways, patios and concrete, and irrigation, drainage and infrastructure. Service availability, scope, materials, timelines, permits, and pricing depend on the project and location.
Consultations, estimates, and site conditions
Property walkthroughs and consultations help us understand your goals and assess conditions. Estimates and proposals are subject to their stated assumptions, validity periods, material availability, site access, utilities, soil, drainage, weather, permitting, and concealed conditions. Changes may require revised scope, price, or schedule.
Project-specific written agreements
Construction work, payment schedules, change orders, warranties, responsibilities, and completion terms are governed by a separate written agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement. A website inquiry or chat message does not reserve an appointment or authorize construction without confirmation.
Intellectual property
RidgeView's logo, branding, website text, photographs, and designs are owned by RidgeView or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially use them without permission, except as allowed by law.
SMS program terms and opt-in
By initiating a text message or submitting your information through the RidgeView chat widget, you agree to receive conversational and customer-care text messages from RidgeView Landscaping & Design regarding your inquiry, consultation, estimate, appointment, service, or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Visitors may voluntarily provide contact information and a project inquiry through the RidgeView Website Chat widget and affirmatively select its SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is configured to be unchecked by default. Users may also initiate a text conversation. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to promotional text messages.
Customer-care messages may concern inquiries, walkthroughs, consultations, appointments, estimates, proposals, services, and project updates. Marketing or promotional messages require separate express consent. Customer-care consent is not bundled with promotional consent.
STOP, HELP, and support
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You will no longer receive SMS from the program except an opt-out confirmation as permitted. Reply START to request re-enrollment. Reply HELP for help, call 512-508-3079, or email [email protected]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and device availability.
Mobile information and consent privacy
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver and support the messaging program.
Providers receiving mobile information may use it only as necessary to deliver and support the messaging program. Read our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Third-party services
Website hosting, messaging, analytics, and external links may involve third-party services. Their availability and practices are governed by their own applicable terms. RidgeView is not responsible for third-party content or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We aim to provide accurate website information, but it may contain errors or change. To the extent permitted by law, website content is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. RidgeView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use to the extent allowed by law. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Project warranties and remedies are governed by the applicable written project agreement.
Texas law and updates
Texas law governs these terms, subject to applicable federal law and nonwaivable rights. We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law.
